**A NYC FORTRESS OF SOLITUDE**

**Stuyvesant High School**. The fortress for New York’s brightest minds. It is the kind of place where you need a Nobel Prize just to get a hall pass. It is where future scientists learn how to split atoms with a plastic spoon. Sounds boring? It was. Until 1986, when a scrawny kid from Brooklyn decided to hijack their gym kit and turn it into a symbol of absolute mayhem.

**Ad-Rock of the Beastie Boys**. He rocked that infamous red tee in the **(You Gotta) Fight For Your Right (To Party)** video. Suddenly, that nerdy physical ed graphic was not about doing push-ups anymore; it was about flying beer cans, crashed parties, and zero accountability.
