How do I order the right size?

Each product page includes a clear size chart and fit description. If you are between two sizes, we usually recommend choosing the slightly looser fit.

What is the delivery time for my order?

Most orders are shipped within a few business days. The current delivery times and shipping information are explained in the shipping section on this page.

Do I have to pay for shipping?

No. Shipping is included by default with your order. The shipping section on this page explains exactly how our free shipping works.

What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay securely with the main payment methods such as credit card and locally available options. The current list is shown in the payment information.

How do I take care of my B!NKY garment?

The care label inside your garment and the product page provide all washing and ironing instructions. Follow them to keep the fabric and print in good condition as long as possible.

When can I not return an item?

Items that are worn, washed or damaged and custom or personalised products generally cannot be returned. The exact exceptions are listed in the return policy on this page.

Can I request a special design or custom order?

For special requests or custom designs, contact us via the contact page or e-mail. We will check together what is possible.

Q: Can I return my order?

Within the stated return period you can return unworn and unwashed items according to our return policy. Custom-made and personalised products are usually excluded.

1. SHIPPING & SUSTAINABILITY

How long does delivery take?
Everything at BINKY is made to order. We don’t believe in overproduction or dusty warehouses. This means we craft your item specifically for you the moment you buy it. It usually takes a maximum of 5 to 6 business days to reach your doorstep. You will receive a tracking code via email as soon as your order is on the move.

What about the environment?
We care deeply. Our products are made from 100% organic cotton and are completely plastic-free. We exclusively use textiles certified by FairWear, Oeko-Tex, and PETA. Thank you for making a conscious choice!

2. RETURNS & SIZING

Can I return my order?
Yes, you have the right to return items within 14 days. However, a return order leaves us with a product we cannot easily sell again. Every return is also a heavy burden on the environment.

How to prevent returns:
We ask you to order consciously. Check the size chart on the product page before you buy. Pro-tip: measure a well-fitting garment you already own at home and compare it to our chart. This is how we prevent waste together.

Received something damaged or wrong?
We’ll fix it immediately. Email info@binkycomfywear.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement right away.

3. PAYMENT METHODS

We offer a wide range of secure payment options, depending on your location:

Apple Pay & Google Pay: Quick and secure mobile payments.
Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, and American Express (SSL encrypted).
PayPal: Pay via your account or direct debit.
iDEAL / Wero: Specifically for our Dutch legends.

4. QUALITY & CARE

Why does my new shirt smell like vinegar?
If you notice a slight vinegar smell or a yellowish frame on the print after unpacking, don't worry. This is a harmless pre-treatment used for high-quality organic printing. It will completely disappear after the first wash. Our ink is Oeko-Tex 100 certified and free of harmful substances.

Washing Instructions (Keep it Fresh):

Wash cold: Maximum 30°C.
Inside out: Protect that vintage graphic.
No Dryer: Air dry only. Heat is the enemy of prints.
Ironing: Iron inside out and never iron directly over the print.
First wash: Wash strong colors (especially reds) separately the first time.
